Life can be challenging sometimes! You don’t have to do this alone. Anna’s work focuses on utilizing strengths-based approach with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. As part of my practice, she provides a safe, nonjudgmental and empathic environment. She is passionate about working with the LGBTQ community as well as immigrant populations.
Anna attended Wayne State University where she received her Masters and Bachelors degree in social work. She has experience working with adolescents, adults as well as seniors in a psychiatric setting. She has worked with clients that struggled with depression, anxiety, grief, life changes as well as trauma. Anna also worked with victims of domestic violence at the Detroit Police Department. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
