As a therapist, Breana has learned that a person’s greatest pain can also be their greatest source of strength. She helps her clients, who include children, adults and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe. She will offer and assist with psychological education on specific issues, remain solution-focused, and always listen without judgment.
Breana's approach to therapy is Cognitive Behavior therapy, art and play therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma focused. She has worked with clients suffering with depression, anxiety, daily stress, ADHD, divorce, trauma, grief, life transition, self esteem, sexuality, and relationship issues.
She has a Master of Social Work degree from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Western Michigan University. She is a dedicated professional with strong communication skills and a desire to help others in need. Breana has extensive experience in providing social work and mental health services.
