I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and recently returned to begin my career as a clinical social worker. I previously worked as a Director of Audience Services for several large not-for-profit theaters in Chicago, which is where I developed her interest in working closely with individuals and groups. After obtaining my MSW from Loyola University in 2022, I was excited to come home to start my next adventure.

 

 I enjoy working both individually with clients and in group and am passionate about the importance of building strong, supportive communities. I am trained in Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and also employ an eclectic approach that includes biofeedback and family systems theory to help clients achieve their goals.
