"Most humans are never fully present in the now because unconsciously they believe that the next moment must be more important than this one. But then you miss your whole life, which is never not now." - Eckhart Tolle
Brianna's focus is living in the present and being where your feet land, to be in the present and focus on the current.
Brianna has received her Master's Degree in Interpersonal Practice with a focus in Contemporary Psychodynamic Interventions and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, both from Wayne State University. She has provided mental health services to adolescents, younger adults, and seniors in psychiatric and medical health settings. Her approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which focuses on thought recognition and behavior patterns. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps to identify emotions and thoughts to then recognize how they impact actions. Brianna has worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, stress management, coping skills, triggers, and life changes. She has experience with individual therapy, group therapy, treatment plans, and providing resources.
Brianna is passionate about learning new knowledge and is always eager to find new ways of reaching and helping her clients to best improve their well-being. You don't have to do this alone, schedule an appointment today!
