I strive to provide a safe and accepting space for all clients. My clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I utilize a client-centered, feminist, and anti-racist approach to therapy. I recognize my clients as the experts on their own lives and lived experience. I welcome the opportunity to listen and support you as you navigate life’s challenges.

I completed my undergraduate education at the University of Toronto, focusing on Women and Gender Studies. This sparked a passion for women’s issues and working with individuals experiencing domestic violence. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan, with a focus on interpersonal practice and mental health. I finished my graduate student internship at The Women’s Center of Southeastern Michigan in Ann Arbor and went on to work in outpatient mental health and hospital settings.

Together, we will collaborate to help you build the skills and strengths you need so that you may continue to thrive long after the therapeutic process ends.
