Amber Crowe, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, ACHPN, is a board-certified
Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care across the lifespan, with a special focus on older adults and individuals facing complex health challenges. With advanced training in psychiatry, geriatric medicine, and palliative care, Amber integrates a holistic, trauma-informed approach to support patients and families through times of uncertainty, illness, and transition.
Her areas of expertise include the management of anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, as well as the unique mental health needs of patients living with chronic illness, serious medical conditions, and those at the end of life. She is passionate about blending medical and
psychiatric knowledge to enhance quality of life, promote resilience, and foster healing.
