Bushra Tayab
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LLMSW

I work with individuals and families who are navigating trauma, stress, anxiety, and the complex dynamics that can arise in relationships. Many of the people I support are doing their best to hold everything together on the outside, while feeling overwhelmed or stuck on the inside. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported, and where healing can begin at your own pace. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, and I integrate mindfulness to support emotional regulation and self-awareness. I also bring a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, with specialized training from Michigan State University in evidence-based trauma treatment, clinical social work with families, and child welfare. I believe in the power of connection and resilience, and that therapy can be a transformative step toward feeling more grounded, empowered, and whole. If you’re ready to take that step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
