Cassidy Gillay

Clinicial Social Work/Therapist, LLMSW
I earned my Master of Social Work from Pennsylvania Western University, where I developed a strong foundation in trauma-informed, evidence-based, and strengths-focused practice. I have experience supporting adults, children, and families with divorce and relationship challenges, child behavior concerns, parenting, and life transitions.
My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and empowering. I strive to meet each client where they are and create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and I view therapy as a partnership. My role is to provide guidance, honest feedback, and support as you learn to trust your inner strengths and create meaningful change. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques with a
strengths-based, client-centered perspective to help clients identify patterns, build insight, and develop practical coping tools for lasting growth.
