To thrive, new parents and their infants need social-emotional support from trusted members of their community. As a mental health therapist who specializes in attachment-based, trauma informed therapy for perinatal women and their infants (0-3 years old), therapy will focus on increasing the social emotional bond between the parent and infant while reducing anxiety and depression through Parent-Child Psychotherapy.

Supporting children and adolescents (3-19 years old) experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma and school-based behavioral issues are integral to my mental health practice and will receive support through developmentally appropriate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic therapy.

I received my training at University of Michigan-Ann Arbor through the Master of Social Work program graduating in 2018. I was an elementary teacher beforehand and have over 20 years of parenting experience.

Anne L. is available for virtual and in-person appointments at our Ann Arbor location!
