Nyah Jordan

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LLMSW
Have you ever felt like you were carrying the weight of everything on your own? Maybe you’ve been trying to stay strong for everyone else while quietly struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, or the pressures of everyday life. You don’t have to carry those burdens alone.
My name is Nyah Jordan, and I am a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) providing individual therapy for adults ages 18 to 65. I believe therapy is more than simply talking through problems—it’s about creating a space where you can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and begin making sense of whatever you’re facing without fear of being judged.
My decision to become a social worker began long before graduate school. Growing up with parents and a brother who consistently loved, supported, and encouraged me showed me how powerful it is to have people who truly believe in you. That experience shaped the person I am today and inspired my desire to become that source of support for others. I believe everyone deserves to know what it feels like to be seen, valued, and reminded that they matter.
My approach is warm, gentle, and encouraging. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, stress, or a major life transition, my goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s holding you back, recognize your strengths, and develop practical tools that help you feel more confident and in control of your life.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if it’s your first time. My hope is that each time we meet, you leave feeling heard, understood, and a little less alone than when you walked in. Most importantly, I hope you leave with a growing belief that change is possible and that you already have the strength within you to create it. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you take the next step toward healing, growth, and becoming the version of yourself you want to be.
