I believe therapy should be a space where you can be completely yourself without feeling judged, misunderstood, or pressured to fit into a certain mold. I especially value working with people from different cultural backgrounds because I understand that seeking therapy can come with its own challenges. In many families and communities, mental health can carry stigma, and you may have grown up being taught to keep things within the family, push through, or simply not talk about certain struggles.
My goal is to create a space where you can talk openly about the things that may feel difficult to say out loud. I take a warm, nonjudgmental, and integrative approach, adapting therapy to who you are, your experiences, and what you need.
I’m not here to tell you who you should be or how you should feel. I’m here to understand you, meet you where you are, and help you move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
