Franka Arcangeli 

Our founder, Franka is a board-certified mental health psychotherapist with a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. Franka was clinically trained by the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Michigan Health System, where she also conducted research on mental health. Franka went on to complete further training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Michigan School of Social Work Michigan Health System Hospital and University of Michigan Depression Center.

Franka’s primary focus is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Interpersonal work.

Franka has also been prestigiously selected as a field instructor by the University of Michigan.
