I have been working with individuals and families in both community and mental health focused positions for over 5 years. I received my Masters of Social Work from the University of Michigan and have experience working with adolescents and adults.
Therapeutically, I strive to utilize holistic approaches to wellness that both align with the individual’s personality and lifestyle. I am passionate about empowering individuals to strengthen their mind and body connections as an avenue for healing. These approaches include breathwork, mindfulness, inner child-work, and meditation. I am committed to creating a dynamic and adaptable space where the client is able to navigate their healing journey.
I have a passion for working with individuals struggling with: Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues, Racial Identity, Early Childhood, Stress, Women’s Issues, Self-Esteem, and Trauma.
