Leann Hryshko
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LLMSW

Hi, I’m Leann. I’m a therapist who is passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate grief, trauma, attachment wounds, and anxiety. I know that healing isn’t easy, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to show up and do this work. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly seen for who you are.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University and use a blend of approaches, including CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based work. In simple terms, that means I tailor therapy to fit you—your story, your needs, and what actually feels helpful in your life.

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. You’re the expert on your own experiences, and I’m here to support, guide, and offer tools along the way. Together, we’ll work toward healing in a way that feels genuine and meaningful to you.

Outside of being a therapist, I’m an Air Force veteran, a parent, a dog owner, and an avid reader. These parts of my life shape how I show up with compassion, honesty, and a real understanding that life can be both messy and meaningful.
Whether you’re carrying deep grief, working through trauma, or just trying to make sense of what you’re feeling, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to help.
