Leann Hryshko
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LLMSW

Hi, I’m Leann. I’m a therapist who is passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate grief and loss, complex trauma, attachment wounds, and anxiety. I approach this work with deep respect for the strength it takes to heal and grow, and I strive to offer a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly seen.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University and bring an eclectic approach to therapy, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based theories. This allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs and experiences.

At the heart of my practice is a person-centered, inclusive space where your voice matters. I believe therapy works best when we collaborate—your insights, values, and goals are just as important as my guidance and support. Together, we’ll create a path toward healing that feels authentic and empowering.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m an Air Force veteran, parent, dog owner, and avid reader—roles that continue to shape the perspective and presence I bring into my work.
Whether you’re facing deep grief, healing from complex trauma, or simply trying to make sense of your emotions, I’m here to help—with empathy, honesty, and unwavering respect.
