Madison Oltersdorf

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LLMSW
Welcome! I strive to create a warm, supportive space where people feel safe to explore their full selves — healing and growing at their own pace. My approach to therapy is eclectic and client-centered, with a heavy focus on relational therapy, rooted in empowerment and curiosity, while honoring your unique story and strengths. I consider the whole person within the context of their environment, looking at both internal experiences and the social, cultural, and systemic factors that shape our lives.
I work alongside those who are navigating stress, identity, emotional challenges, and life transitions, helping to build resilience and confidence. My goal is to meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect, supporting you through whatever your journey may hold.
Outside of the therapy room, I am an avid reader, lover of dogs, Detroit sports fan, feminist, traveler, and I enjoy finding new ways to be more present and mindful within my daily life. Taking the step to seek support is an act of courage and self-care, and I deeply honor your decision to begin this collaborative process.
