Mental well-being is essential to overall health and living a happy life. However, the struggles of life and the daily negative experiences can take a toll on our mental health. We may feel unsafe or uncomfortable to discuss these issues with our friends/families.

 

Facing these challenges on our own can feel daunting, and impossible at times. Thus, it is essential to have an outlet to discuss our emotional struggles, all the while having a supportive, empowering guide during this journey.


My approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, empathy, and other evidence-based modalities. I provide support to help clients to feel empowered to make positive changes and improve their self-worth. I teach clients to utilize coping mechanisms to overcome symptoms of depression and anxiety. Furthermore, my past experiences with clients of diverse backgrounds instilled in me skills to individualize therapy to each client, focusing on their unique
circumstances and growing emotionally.


As a firm believer in therapy, I strive to provide a healing experience that is free of judgement, or pressure.
