I received my Bachelor of Social Work from Western Michigan University and my Master of Social Work from Simmons University. I have been working with youth, families, adults, and children for eight years and uses a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused approaches.
I have expertise in supporting individuals navigating through grief and loss, life transitions, challenges related to depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, as well as relationship issues, including intimate partner violence, and working with individuals on the autism spectrum, among other areas. I have worked across all populations including differing gender identities, cultural backgrounds, and cognitive abilities. My goal is to create a safe space to explore your therapeutic goals and help you along your healing journey.
