Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LMSW

Breana Lewis

LMSW BreanaLewis.JPG

As a therapist, I have learned that a person’s greatest pain can also be their greatest source of strength. I help my clients, who include children, adults, and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe. I will offer and assist with psychological education on specific issues, remain solution-focused, and always listen without judgment.

My approach to therapy is Cognitive Behavior therapy, art and play therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma focused. I have worked with clients suffering with depression, anxiety, daily stress, ADHD, divorce, trauma, grief, life transition, self-esteem, sexuality, and relationship issues.

I have a Master of Social Work degree from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Western Michigan University. I am a dedicated professional with strong communication skills and a desire to help others in need. I have extensive experience in providing social work and mental health services.
