Equine Therapy

What is Equine Therapy?
Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) is a unique form of animal therapy that integrates horses into clinical mental health treatment. Horses are comforting, social animals that can help people process emotional and behavioral struggles, in addition to promoting mutual nuturance. EAP incorporates supervised activities with horses to strengthen emotional connections and encourage self-awareness in a safe, calming environment.
