Clinicial Social Work/LLMSW
Elise Metcalf

Hello, I’m so glad you’re here.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan with a concentration in Interpersonal Practice. I believe each individual is the expert of their own life, and I strive to create a stigma-free, inclusive, and affirming therapeutic space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. My work is grounded in empathy, empowerment, cultural humility, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience.

I primarily work with adults ages 18 and older and support clients as they navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), tailoring therapy to each client’s goals and needs. I am committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice to ensure ethical, effective care.

Whether you are seeking support during a difficult season or working toward deeper self-understanding, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your therapeutic journey.
