Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LMSW
I have been a clinical therapist since 2018 and have worked in the mental health field since 2014. I have a passion for helping individuals achieve their mental health goals and am empathetic to their needs.
I graduated from Wayne State University in 2018 with a Master of Social Work specializing in Interpersonal Practice with a focus on Family Systems Theory and Family Interventions. I also received a graduate certificate program in alcohol and drug abuse studies. My bachelor's degree was also in social work, with a minor in psychology.
I have experience working at a residential treatment center and in outpatient community mental health. I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and communication. I like to utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Humanistic, Person-centered, and Strength-based. I look forward to meeting you and working with you towards a future that will allow you to flourish.
