Sometimes life takes unexpected turns, leading us down paths we never planned. These changes can bring on anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or a deep sense of feeling lost. You do not have to navigate these challenges alone. Together, we can create a safe and supportive space where you can heal and begin to move toward a brighter future.
I received my Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from Madonna University. As a clinical social worker, I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults facing a range of challenges - including depression, anxiety, panic, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship concerns, and trauma/PTSD. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strength-based practices, and mindfulness. I strive to create a welcoming, non-judgemental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Reaching out for help takes courage, and I am here to support you every step of the way. I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you on your journey toward growth and healing.
