Everyone carries things that are not always visible to the people around them. The way you learned to survive a difficult chapter is not always the way you want to live the rest of your story. With me, therapy is a place where you can be honest about what you are experiencing, even when you are not sure how to put it into words. We can take the time to untangle the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may feel overwhelming or difficult to understand without judgment, and work together toward a life that feels more manageable, fulfilling, and true to who you are.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional difficulties, relationship concerns, self- esteem, and major life transitions. I also have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism. Whether you know exactly what you want to work on or simply feel that something is not quite right, we can begin from where you are.

My approach is warm, empathetic, collaborative, and individualized. I draw from CBT, DBT, humanistic therapy, Play Therapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand themselves, manage emotions, develop healthier coping skills, process difficult moments, and build more fulfilling relationships. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest, ask difficult questions, and feel comfortable showing up as yourself.

As a bilingual clinician providing therapy in English and Arabic, I work with individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. I value seeing each person as an individual, with their own perspective, beliefs, and circumstances. My goal is to help you feel heard, gain clarity around what you are experiencing, and develop the confidence and tools to navigate what comes next. I would be honored to support you along the way.
