Lauren Verardi
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LLMSW

I work with adults and young adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, emotional overwhelm, low self-confidence, relationship concerns, parenting stress, life transitions, and pressure to perform or meet high expectations.
I am especially interested in supporting athletes, students, and parents who may appear capable on the outside while struggling internally with motivation, perfectionism, identity, or feeling disconnected from themselves.
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and take a holistic, strengths-based approach to therapy. Together, we may explore how your thoughts, emotions, relationships, daily habits, physical well-being, and environment interact. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, solution-focused, motivational, and mind-body approaches, adapting our work to your individual needs and goals. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and practical support as you better understand yourself, build confidence, and create changes that feel realistic and meaningful in your life.
