Recognizing triggers, negative automatic thoughts, and beliefs that interfere with your quality or functioning in life are the goals in interpersonal sessions. These are the first steps in changing maladaptive behavior that may help reduce anxiety, improve self-confidence & self-worth. I utilize several modalities with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as my primary intervention-based therapy.


Continually learning gives me the opportunity to stay in touch with the possibilities there are to make your problems more manageable and improve the way you feel so you can achieve the quality of life you are seeking. Working together with the client to realize and achieve a desirable outcome keeps me motivated and passionate about the field I have chosen.
