Hi, my name is Adriann Spann, and I am a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC). I have a passion for partnering with individuals and families as they navigate their unique journeys toward healing, growth, and greater emotional well-being. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels collaborative, supportive, and grounded in genuine connection.

I primarily work with adolescents ages 13–18, adults, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, and family conflict. I also have experience working with children and incorporate developmentally appropriate, play-informed strategies when clinically indicated. My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), humanistic principles, and family systems theory. I am also informed by an understanding of the nervous system and how stress and trauma can influence emotions, behaviors, and relationships.

With a professional background in child welfare, I bring a grounded and compassionate perspective to my clinical work. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and welcoming space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to build insight, develop practical coping skills, and strengthen communication within themselves and their relationships. I welcome clients who are ready to explore support and take the next step forward in their healing journey.
